• This is paramount to the security, stability, and wellbeing of both the employer and their staff.

📄 Information Memorandum Protocol

• The Information Memorandum is treated as a confidential document and forms part of our privacy protocol.

• It is only provided to prospective purchasers who:

• Have been qualified by BEA/ABSC, and

• Have signed a formal Confidentiality Agreement  

• The signed agreement is then submitted to the business owner for written approval prior to release of the Information Memorandum.

• No document is distributed without the seller’s written consent.

📸 Controlled Advertising & Marketing

• No photographs, exact location details, or identifying business descriptions will be published or distributed without the owner’s written approval.

• All advertising materials — including website listings, brochures, magazine features, and newspaper placements — will be reviewed and approved by the client prior to release.

• We do not upload or expose any sensitive business information without full client consent.
